Kendall is a Certified Bodywork Therapist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner with a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.

In the pace of daily life, we can easily lose touch with the quieter signals of the body — the ways our nervous system, fascia and whole being may be asking us to slow down, soften and listen.

Kendall offers slow-paced, collaborative bodywork and somatic sessions guided by what the body and nervous system are communicating in real time.

Sessions may move between hands-on bodywork, stillness, breath awareness, gentle movement, somatic tracking and dialogue. Depending on what feels most supportive, the work may draw from myofascial release, manual and deep-tissue techniques, joint movement, craniosacral therapy, trauma-informed touch and Somatic Experiencing® principles.

This work may be supportive for chronic tension or pain, stress and burnout, nervous-system overwhelm, difficulty settling, overstimulation, protective bracing or disconnection from the body.

The intention is not to fix or force change, but to create enough safety, time and support for the body to be listened to and met with care. From there, patterns may begin to soften, reorganize or shift in their own time.

Extended Health: Every insurance plan is different, and your session may or may not be covered by extended health benefits. Please contact your provider directly to confirm eligibility.

Lindsay’s passion for natural healing and wellbeing began at a young age, shaped by her own experiences with digestive issues, mental health challenges, chronic tension and acne. These early struggles sparked a deep curiosity about the body’s ability to heal. At age 10, she was amazed when a teacher showed her how applying pressure to a point on her hand could relieve a headache—an experience that opened her eyes to the power of the body’s interconnected systems. The following year, daily morning tai chi sessions at school further deepened her fascination, as she witnessed firsthand the profound impact mindful movement had on both body and mind. Driven by this curiosity, Lindsay pursued her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she expanded her understanding of holistic health.

In 2021, she discovered her true calling when she was introduced to facial reflexology. This transformative modality brought together everything she had been drawn to—nervous system support, energy pathways, and natural healing.

Lindsay brings a grounded and intuitive approach, offering treatments that are both deeply restorative and help clients feel balanced, radiant, and connected to their bodies.
