Kendall is a Certified Bodywork Therapist. She is also trained in Somatic Experiencing, Craniosacral, Wellness Coaching, Integrative Energy Healing, Reiki, and Deep Flow.
She believes in the wisdom of the body – that it remembers all that the mind forgets. She has a fierce curiosity about exploring the mind and body connection and how trauma can get physically trapped in the body causing tension, pain, and dis-ease.
Through a co-creative healing session, you and Kendall will unravel chronic tension patterns, explore alignment and mobility issues, release stagnant energy, all while regulating the nervous system. Sessions are collaborative as you explore different tools to deepen your relationship with your body and help you to improve physical and emotional well-being by enhancing your capacity for regulation, mindfulness, and somatic awareness (on and off the massage table)
Some of Kendall’s favourite techniques include myofascial release, deep tissue work, joint play, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, breath, and energy work.
